All designs are delivered using an instant download system. My store sends out the email with the download links as soon as payment is processed. Sometimes those emails get mis-directed to a spam or junk folder. Or your email provider may delay delivering the email as part of their effort to intercept spam on your behalf. You do not need to wait for this email to get your designs. Go to the login button at the top of this page to access your account on my website and you can download your designs right away.
