You are purchasing an end user license to use these designs as follows:

You may sew out the designs on items for personal use, gifts or sales by an individual. You may change the colors and/or combine the designs with lettering or other designs on your stitch outs.

You may not duplicate, sell, give-away, loan, rent or otherwise distribute the original software. You may not make changes to the original software for the purposes of selling, giving-away, loaning, renting or otherwise distributing the software. The designs may not be included in any type of compilation for give-away, rental or sale. Graphics of the designs may not be displayed on sales material or websites except as actual stitch outs on items for sale.

License may not be transferred. It is only valid for the original purchaser. No other permission is written or implied. If you wish to purchase these designs as a gift, please contact me.

All Sales are final. Defective files will be replaced for the original purchaser.
